Every property owner in Timberdale Ranch is a member of the Timberdale Ranch Owners Association (TROA) and has one vote per lot to be used to elect directors and to vote on issues that may arise from time to time.
The seven members of the Board of Directors meet four or five times a year to address ranch management issues including road maintenance, snowplowing, fire mitigation and other aspects of life in our community. In addition, the association organizes an annual meeting and bar-b-que every summer to hold director elections and provide general ranch updates.
Notices of meetings are announced on this website under Coming Events, on the Timberdale Ranch Facebook page, and posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to the ranch.
