Every property owner in Timberdale Ranch is a member of the Timberdale Ranch Owners Association (TROA) and has one vote per lot to be used to elect directors and to vote on issues that may arise from time to time.
Notices of meetings are announced on this website under Coming Events, on the Timberdale Ranch Facebook page and are posted on the bulletin board at the entrance of the ranch.
