Timberdale Ranch has almost ten miles of common roads. Keeping them passable during the winter months is one of the top goals of the board of directors.
The association owns a tractor and a pickup truck both equipped with plows and operated by skilled and seasoned operators.
Typically plowing will be done only when we have a snowfall of at least 4 inches. The main arteries in the ranch, such as Chimney Drive, will be plowed first followed by the secondary roads.
If you have an early morning flight or meeting, contact Mike Crouchelli at apexcontractors1@gmail.com the night before and we will attempt to plow your road at the beginning of the process. No guarantees, consider having an alternative plan.
