Timberdale’s residents have shown a longstanding interest in keeping the ranch’s environment as natural and as pastoral as possible. To this end, the board of directors has resisted the temptation to make excessive road improvements such as paved roads, concrete culverts, etc. choosing instead to limit the upgrades in order to maintain the rural environment.
Typically, the ranch owners association spends the majority of its annual budget on road improvements to reduce pot holes and washboarding. Each spring, the board reviews the state of the roads and determines what maintenance efforts will be implemented during the summer.
