Snow Plowing

Timberdale Ranch has almost ten miles of common roads. Keeping them passable during the winter months is one of the top goals of the board of directors.

The association owns a tractor and a pickup truck both equipped with plows and Preston, our caretaker, is an accomplished operator.

Typically plowing will be done only when we have a snowfall of at least 4 inches. The main arteries in the ranch, such as Chimney Drive, will be plowed first followed by the secondary roads.

Sometimes it’s just better to stay at home.

If you have an early morning flight or meeting, call Preston the night before and he will attempt to plow your road at the beginning of the process. No guarantees however.
